What are your delivery charges?

We only deliver to destinations within UK and our Standard Delivery cost is only £2.95. FREE UK DELIVERY on orders over £40.00.

 

What are your delivery methods?

All orders despatched via 1st Class Royal Mail  The despatch options for a product can be found on each individual product page.

 

When will I receive my order?

All our products despatch time is specified on each individual product page. We can not guarantee a specific delivery time & date for 1st Class Royal Mail.

 

Do you deliver overseas?

We only deliver to destinations within UK.

 

I have made an error on my personalisation

Please Contact customer service as soon as possible. Due to the nature of our products all personalised gifts go to production as soon as you order, therefore we cannot guarantee any changes.

 

My order never arrived

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Click "View Order". If you order displays "Despatched", please check with your local sorting office for 1st Class Deliveries before contacting us. If your order shows a status of "Processing", please Contact customer service for assistance.

 

An item is missing from my delivery

If you have registered with us click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have been shipped already. If you order displays "Despatched", please check with your local sorting office for 1st Class Deliveries before contacting us. If the item still shows a status of "Processing", please Contact customer service for assistance. If you are not registered please contact us.

 

I received the wrong product

If you believe that you have received the wrong product, please Contact Customer Services immediately.

 

My item(s) arrived damaged

If your items damaged during transit, please take a photo of the item(s) and email us at sarah@personalised-baby-gifts.co.uk. We will replace the item immediately.
